What I Offer
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and it shouldn’t feel that way. The work I do is personalized to who you are, what you’re carrying, and what healing looks like for you.
Individual
Therapy
Sometimes life can leave us feeling totally stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves and others, and it’s hard to make sense of it alone. Individual therapy is a space to slow down, explore what’s going on underneath, and reconnect with your inner strengths. We’ll work together at your pace, using an approach that’s shaped around you.
I work with people from all backgrounds and identities. I bring particular depth to work with Asian-American and BIPOC clients navigating cultural identity, family/social expectations, and intergenerational dynamics (because that’s personal to me, too).
Adolescent
Therapy
Being a teenager is a lot. It is exciting, confusing, heavy, and sometimes everything all at once. I create a nonjudgmental space where teens can feel understood, process what they’re feeling, learn to voice their needs, build coping skills, and start trusting themselves more. Whether it’s anxiety, school stress, relationships, or identity, I’m here to support you through it all.
Relationship Therapy
Relationships thrive when partners feel seen, heard, and understood. In couples therapy, I help you and your partner(s) explore what’s getting in the way, including the patterns, communication breakdowns, and trust, in order to work toward rebuilding connection. I’m affirming of all relationship structures, including non-monogamous dynamics. Whatever the journey you’re on, we’ll work on learning how to move forward together as a team.

Trauma doesn’t always look the way we expect it to. It can come from a single event or from smaller, repeated experiences that added up over time. Either way, it shapes how we function, connect, and feel in our own bodies. There is space here to get in touch with those wounded parts and finally begin to heal.
-
Anxiety is natural. But when it starts keeping you stuck or afraid to move forward, it’s worth paying attention to. We’ll explore what your anxiety is trying to tell you, build a better relationship with it, and find healthier ways to move through stress and uncertainty.
-
Life is filled with twists and turns. Whether you’re moving to a new city, starting a new job, entering into a new relationship, it can be both exciting and disorienting at the same time. We’ll make sense of what’s shifting for you and find ways to move through it with more clarity and less overwhelm.
-
Most of us were never taught how to sit with difficult emotions. And that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, out of control, or ashamed of what we feel. We’ll work on making space for those emotions and learning to manage them, so they feel less scary and more like information that helps to empower you as you move through life.
-
Figuring out who you are is hard when you’ve been receiving conflicting messages your entire life about who you should be. We’ll explore how culture, family, and systems have shaped the way you see yourself, and ultimately make room for you to define that on your own terms.

The patterns we carry into our relationships (whether with partners, family, friends, coworkers) often run deeper than the surface-level conflict. I’ll help you understand where those patterns come from and find healthier ways of relating and connecting.
