You don’t have to carry it all alone.
I’m so glad you’re here.
Reaching out for support can feel daunting, but you don’t have to have it all figured out before starting. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, get curious about what’s going on internally, and start building a better relationship with all parts of yourself. Together, we’ll work toward understanding, healing, and ultimately, a life that feels more like yours.
I offer in-person & telehealth services for adults, teens, couples, and families of all backgrounds and identities.
“Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. healing is an act of communion.”
— Bell Hooks
My Approach
-
We don’t exist in a vacuum. Our relationships shape how we see ourselves and the world. I pay close attention to the patterns that show up in how you connect with others, and how you relate to yourself. That includes our relationship too! What happens between us in the room is important and gives us opportunity for deeper exploration. My work is grounded in attachment theory and relational approaches, helping us build self-awareness around ongoing patterns and offers a chance to try something different.
-
Trauma doesn’t always look like what we expect. Sometimes it’s a major event, but more often than not, it is in the form of subtle, repeated experiences from growing up. These small ruptures in connection add up over time and can start affecting us in difficult ways. I believe in being mindful of how those experiences live in your body, emotions, thoughts, and day-to-day life.
-
We all have different sides to us, whether they’re the parts we lead with, parts we protect, and parts we’ve hidden away due to shame. I draw from parts work (which is rooted in internal family systems) to help you approach all of them with curiosity instead of judgment. It’s one of the most compassionate ways to build understanding, self-trust, and ultimately, the confidence to know that we can relate to ourselves differently.
-
No matter who you are or where you are in your life, you belong here. As your therapist, I provide a space where you are able to be your authentic self. My work is identity-affirming and mindful of how culture, systems, and power dynamics shape the way we perceive ourselves and move through the world.
