You don’t have to carry it all alone.

I’m so glad you’re here.

Reaching out for support takes courage and you don’t have to figure it all out before starting. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, get curious about what’s going on internally, and start building a relationship with all parts of yourself. Together, we’ll work toward understanding, healing, and ultimately, a life that feels more like yours.

I offer in-person & telehealth services for adults, teens, and couples/families of all backgrounds and identities.

My Approach

  • We don’t exist in a vacuum. Our relationships shape how we see ourselves and the world. I pay close attention to the patterns that show up in how you connect with others, and how you relate to yourself. My work is grounded in attachment theory and relational approaches.

  • Trauma doesn’t always look like what we expect. Sometimes it’s a major event, but more often, it’s the quieter, repeated experiences from growing up like the small ruptures in connection that add up over time. I believe in being mindful of how those experiences live in your body, emotions, thoughts, and day-to-day life.

  • We all have different sides to us, whether they’re the parts we lead with, parts we protect, and parts we’ve tucked away. I use parts work (which is rooted in internal family systems) to help you approach all of them with curiosity instead of judgment. It’s one of the most compassionate ways I know to build understanding and self-trust.

  • No matter who you are or where you are in your life, you belong here. As your therapist, I provide a space where you are able to be your authentic self. My work is identity-affirming and mindful of how culture, systems, and power dynamics shape the way we move through the world.
